1. Who we are

HD Rubber Manufacturer & Machine Shop is a rubber fabrication and machine shop established in 1979, operating from R. Castillo St, Agdao, Davao City, 8000 Davao del Sur, Philippines. For anything in this policy you can reach us at 0969 212 6895 or hd_rubbermanufacturer@yahoo.com.

2. What this website does and does not do

• This website has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no payment processing.
• We do not set our own cookies and we do not store the contents of the quote form on the website.
• The quote form on the contact page opens your own email app with your message pre-filled. Nothing is transmitted by the website itself — the message is only sent if you choose to send it from your email app.

3. Information we receive

When you contact us — by the quote form, by email, by phone, on WhatsApp or Viber, or through our Facebook page — we receive the details you choose to give us, which may include your name, phone number, email address, company and the specifications or photos of the part you need. We use that information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, make the part you asked for, and keep a record of the work we did. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Server logs

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may automatically record standard technical information about each visit — for example the requested page, the date and time, the browser type and the IP address. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

5. Third-party services on this site

• Google Maps — the maps on the about and contact pages are embedded from Google, and Google Fonts is used for typography. When these load, Google may receive technical information about your visit and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Analytics (when enabled) — if a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for this site, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how visitors use the pages (for example which pages are viewed and roughly which region visitors come from). Analytics is not loaded when no measurement ID is set. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Facebook, WhatsApp / Viber — links to these services open their own sites and apps, which have their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own. Cookies may be set by the third-party services listed above (for example Google Maps or Google Analytics) when those features load in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

7. How long we keep information

Enquiries and job records sent to us are kept only as long as needed to answer you, complete the work and keep a record of the transaction. After that we delete them unless we are required to keep them for accounting or legal reasons.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hd_rubbermanufacturer@yahoo.com or call 0969 212 6895 during shop hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within one business day. If you are in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) applies to personal information we handle.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top.
